Portable
Operating away from the shack. The interesting constraint is not the radio, which is small and behaves; it is everything the radio depends on that has to be carried, kept dry, and set up in whatever weather turned up.
What can go wrong
The grid below is the same likelihood-by-consequence layout as the threat models on causeoferror, pointed at a hobby instead of a system. The colouring is the ordering and nothing else.A risk grid is a sorting device, not a calculation. The useful output is the argument about where an item belongs, and that argument does not get better by multiplying the axes together and quoting the product to two decimal places. The identifiers are what carry the information; they tie each cell to the row beneath.

P6 is the only one on the list that cannot be recovered from, which is why it sits in the corner of the grid despite being the least likely thing on it.
